How fast do I hear back about a lot?
The buying desk answers every enquiry within one working day, usually much sooner. If the question touches a live sourcing window, we reply the same morning with current availability and lead time so you can decide quickly.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the line and the producer. Many household and personal care goods can be taken as a mixed pallet within a group consignment, so a small shop still reaches export rates. When you send the category we return the honest minimum for that lot.
Can I visit the warehouse to inspect goods?
Yes, retail buyers are welcome to a guided walk of the floor by appointment. Samples are always available, and you may watch the inspection of your own lot before it is sealed. Book a visit through the form with the date you prefer.

Add your best email address and whether you can receive a mixed group consignment. The desk answers in that same order, so the first reply already carries availability, minimums and a load plan. For larger seasonal programs, mention the retail group name and the estimated monthly volume so we can open a dedicated lot line. Every genuine enquiry gets a written answer, and none of your details is shared with any list.
